About the Project
The residents of St. Johns, MINT CITY, are deserving
of a clean and healthy environment.
We believe initiatives don’t necessarily need to be “big”
to have a major impacts.
St. Johns has a robust recycling program, but recycling won't solve the problem. Achieving carbon neutrality takes a big picture vision, but in small steps. These steps can be powerful, not just because of what they accomplish directly for all of us, but also because of their educational impact
on upcoming generations.
LET'S SHOW THEM WHATS POSSIBLE.
We cannot overstate the importance of leadership in this effort.
We propose St. Johns leads the way by enacting the
- MINT CONDITION -
The MINT CONDITION is a long range commitment to sustainability.
Reducing, Rethinking and Regeneration instead of recycling!
This will not only help us achieve our
Economic Master Plan goals for the city, but also will pay
significant dividends in meeting
our social and environmental goals
for the residents of St. Johns.
